Daniel 7:17,23
"The four great beasts are four kingdoms that will rise from of the earth."

"After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadfull and terrible, and exceedingly strong. It had huge iron teeth: it was devouring, breaking in pieces, and tampling the residue with the feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns."
